5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photographs and images you upload to Deco Epoch. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and temporarily store your images solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated designs, images, and recommendations produced through our platform are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may download, share, and use generated designs for personal inspiration and non-commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs created specifically for you.

Our Content: All content, branding, logos, software, and technology comprising Deco Epoch (excluding user-uploaded and AI-generated content) is the property of Deco Epoch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations
